洪灾应急管理中的府际合作模式研究

我国的洪灾应急管理已经建立起较为完善的防汛指挥体系,但实际行动中仍然存在基层组织行动拖沓、响应不及时的情况,为此,运用演化博弈对洪灾应急管理中的府际合作模式展开研究,根据政府主体间是否存在隶属关系,将错综复杂的府际关系拆分成纵向和横向两个维度,分别建立博弈模型。综合分析演化结果,得出结论：纵向层级府际关系中的上级政府强化监督是达成洪灾应急管理府际间积极合作的必要条件。     

我国西部地区产业结构转型升级影响因素分析——以云南省为例

论文基于VAR模型,以云南省为例,构建了产业结构转型升级评价指标体系,对产业结构转型升级影响因素进行评价,认为云南产业结构转型升级影响因素是:社会需求、人口素质、技术进步以及劳动生产率。     

“获奖修订版”生成与当代主流文学话语的规范/妥协机制——以《沉重的翅膀》和《白鹿原》的修订为例

作为特定历史语境的产物,《沉重的翅膀》、《白鹿原》两部茅盾文学奖"获奖修订版"的生成,同时包含了政治性修订与非政治性修订两个层面,需要从"外部研究"和"内部研究"两种视角进行解读。首先,通过版本比较与校勘的实证分析,可以揭示它们在"思想越界"情形下如何修订,以及修订留下的无法弥合的内在裂隙。其次,借鉴李奇的话语结构理论和布迪厄的话语场理论,从版本修订与当代文学场域存在的"互文关系",可以从更为宏观的角度分析它与主流文学话语规范/妥协之间的复杂关联,进而对主流文学话语所在的"后三十年"当代文学的空间场域迁移做一番整体的扫描。     

汉语逆序词同义性的模糊分析与计算

结合词汇学、语言哲学、模糊学、数学等多学科的研究成果与背景,对现代汉语的逆序词进行了尝试性的分析,并利用模糊集合和隶属度等概念对这三类逆序词中AB和BA的同义关系进行了计算,以期总结出一套行之有效的计算方法,从而能够用数值的方式体现出每组逆序词中AB和BA的同义程度。文章力图全面反映AB中各义位与BA中各义位的整体的同义模糊关系。     

Eu~(2+)对Sr_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)荧光粉相变过程和发光性能的影响

采用高温固相法合成了Sr2Si O4:x Eu2+荧光粉.使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和荧光分光光度计(PL)分析了Sr2Si O4:Eu2+荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性能.结果表明:XRD谱中所有样品为β和α'-Sr2Si O4混合相,主相为β相,α'相为辅相.随着Eu2+浓度增大,β相向α'相转变.在310 nm激发下,所有样品的发射谱均在466 nm左右的宽蓝光区,在400 nm激发下发射光谱在位于532 nm左右的宽黄绿光区.两个发射都来源于Eu2+部分取代Sr2Si O4晶格中两个不同的Sr格位,并且两个格位之间存在能量传递,导致两个发射带的存在.当Eu2+掺杂浓度为0.75﹪时,级联能量传递加剧,出现浓度猝灭现象.     

注塑工艺参数对聚丙烯塑料熔体表观黏度的影响

为了研究注塑工艺参数对表观黏度的影响,利用内置在阿基米德螺旋线模具中的Kistler压力传感器,采集聚丙 烯(PP)塑料注塑过程中的数据信号,通过CoMo Injection软件处理数据,得到熔体填充曲线。分析熔体填充曲线,利用 压力差和时间差计算PP塑料熔体在假塑性区的表观黏度和表观剪切速率。结果显示,表观黏度随剪切速率的提高而降 低,有明显的剪切变稀现象。熔体温度增加,模具温度升高和注塑压力加大同样能够降低表观黏度。     

立式染色机典型缺陷及产生机理

针对承压印染设备在使用中缺陷较多、设备寿命普遍较短的问题,运用无损检测、理化分析配合有限元数值模拟 的方法,对一批较有代表性的立式染色机进行了全面检验,并将检验过程中发现的典型缺陷进行了总结和分析。根据对 快开门结构运行过程中的力学分析结果,从设备应力分布特性角度提出应力腐蚀失效易发部位,并综合设备的检验结果 进行比较,进而提出结构优化的建议。缺陷机理分析结果表明,在应力集中、疲劳载荷、腐蚀等因素的综合作用下,承压 印染设备极易产生裂纹等使用缺陷,应根据设备的使用情况和腐蚀现状调整检验周期,并针对缺陷易发部位进行定期全 面检验。     

Procurement with Reverse Auction and Flexible Noncompetitive Contracts

This article investigates a hybrid procurement mechanism that combines a reverse auction with flexible noncompetitive contracts. A buyer adopts such mechanism to procure multiple units of a product from a group of potential suppliers. Specifically, the buyer first offers contracts to some suppliers who, if accepting the contract, do not participate in the auction while committing to selling a unit to the buyer at the price of the subsequent auction. For the suppliers rejecting the offers, they can join the subsequent auction with the other suppliers to compete on the remaining units. When the buyer offers only one flexible noncompetitive contract, we find that the selected supplier may accept the offer regardless of whether he knows his exact cost information. Meanwhile, the buyer can benefit from offering such a contract, as opposed to solely conducting a regular reverse auction or offering a noncompetitive contract that does not allow suppliers declining offers to join the subsequent auction. Moreover, we find that the suppliers' information about their own costs has a significant impact on the buyer's decision. When the buyer makes multiple offers, we analyze the resulting game behavior of the selected suppliers and demonstrate that the buyer can benefit more than just offering one such contract. Therefore, the hybrid procurement mechanism can be mutually beneficial for both the buyer and the selected suppliers.     

The disaster relief and social work after the Wenchuan earthquake in Mainland China

ABSTRACT

This paper mainly focuses on the development of disaster social work in Mainland China and the intervention of social work in disaster relief. Before the Wenchuan earthquake and in the initial stage of post-earthquake, disaster social work was mainly based on individual psychotherapy; from the earthquake to the year of 2012 in which post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction was completed, the disaster relief began to emphasise community building and integration, while the basic framework for disaster social work was also established. Social workers begin to explore the new mode of developmental and localised disaster social work. By combining with the practical experiences from disaster social work, this paper tries to highlight the dilemmas confronting disaster relief in Mainland China and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which could improve the future disaster relief system in Mainland China.     

文化软实力绘就武陵山区美丽乡村新图景 ——以石柱县金铃乡银杏村为实践标杆

位于武陵山区石柱土家族自治县的金铃乡银杏村，是集少数民族、革命地区、集中连片的特困地区。一方面该村以自然山水风光为资源禀赋，以培育民族文化精神高地为乡村振兴“铸魂”、“赋能”；以“非遗文化+扶贫”的路子，激活了乡村的内生动力；文化扶贫直抵人心取得了“点石成金”的效果，让土家人充分享受到文化释放的红利。另一方面，该村作为“民族团结进步示范村”，以做深做实民族团结工作为抓手，充分让民族政策惠及土家万户，生动地实现了民族团结之花在土家大地上常开常盛。一个个串联成珠的实践案例，为武陵山打赢脱贫攻坚战更好地接续乡村振兴发挥了活标杆的示范引领作用，向世人展示一幅色彩斑斓的美丽乡村新图景。
